Feedback
We welcome all feedback and suggestions, both positive and negative about any healthcare provided, or funded, by Luton Clinical Commissioning Group in writing or by email, telephone or by requesting a face to face discussion. Please address to a member of staff; alternatively, your views will be acknowledged within three working days and we will suggest an action plan and a timescale for its resolution. All matters will be then drawn to the attention of our Practice Manager. If you are unsatisfied with our response you will be invited to discuss your preference.
